It would be tough to write a story better than this if you are a Green Bay Packers fan.

Quarterback Aaron Rodgers, who has been out since the first week of November, and receiver Randall Cobb, who hadn’t played since October, were activated for Sunday’s game against the Chicago Bears. It was only fitting that the two hooked up on a play that saved Green Bay’s season.

On 4th-and-8 with less than a minute remaining in the game, Rodgers scrambled out of the pocket and hit a wide-open Cobb down the field for a 48-yard touchdown to give the Packers the lead.

Green Bay missed the two-point conversion attempt, but it held on for a 33-28 victory.

The touchdown pass gave the Packers the win and the NFC North title.
